The Self Care and Body Mechanics for the Massage Therapist curriculum includes discussion, demonstration and brainstorming regarding how LMT’s can make their work easier. Topics include body mechanics and movement skills, basic self care, nurturing yourself while nurturing others, communication skills, centering techniques, setting your intention for the session, ethics, and healthy boundaries.
